Won the watch but didnt claim same day i think they chose another winner?

RCV AN EMAIL IN MY JUNK ON SATURDAY WAS BUSY IN MY SISTERS WEDDING CHK EMAIL TODAY AND REPLY ANYWAY WITH MY PHOTO AND ADDRESS THAT WAS AFTER 5PM HOPE FULLY GET A REPLY TMRW.
BUT I CAN SEE THE WINNERS PHOTO ON THERE PAGE FRONT OF SAME WATCH AND IT SAYS CLAMED BUT THATS NOT ME. I THINK THEY CHOSE ANOTHER WINNER BUT THERE IS NO MANTOIN ON THERE SITE U HAVE TO REPLY WITHIN 24HR I THINK THATS REALLY LESS NOTICE AND VERY UNFAIR.
BUT WILL C IF I GET ANY REPLY.

Hi Ehsan Sorry about the watch, but the T&C that you have quoted above is on the daily draw page under a clicky T&C. It says exactly the same as in your post about claiming within 24 hours or the draw becomes void.

I think that on this occasion there isn't anything you can do.

Seems very strict but it could be worse, I missed out on a prize worth £650 because I missed a notification email. A lesson learnt the hard way! Hopefully something better will be along for you soon.

Sorry about the watch but thanks for telling us. I have won from them before but had never noticed the t&cs.

Unfortunately the prize on that day became void at 10:13 on the 13th of February, prizes need to be claimed within 24 hours of the sent time of the prize notification email; Sorry for the disappointing news.

What a shame, they don't exactly give you much time to claim if you actually have a life!!! Hopefully a bigger & better win will be on it's way to you very soon x
