In debt student, can I still claim?

I've been charged £100's in the past, possibly upto ~£1k (wasn't too good with money). Problem is that I'm still in considerable debt to two banks and several credit card companies. Should I claim my money back or is there a risk that my creditors will simply ask for the money I still owe?

:confused::confused::confused:

Comments

  • if you reclaim the charges back and the account in question is in debt the money will pay off the outstanding debt first and any left over will be sent to you in a cheque. Look at it as a bonus of clearing your debts quicker
