Sky Kids tickets for half term. Anyone else having problem booking?

I've been trying to book all day but the site keeps throwing me out when I try to pay. Has anyone else booked these tickets?
I've called Cineworld who tell me that the code from Sky must be wrong. No, I have no code, it's a link. They said the link must be wrong but it is THEIR system that will not let me pay. Cineworld say I have to speak to Sky but I cannot get through to them as they are busy.
Just wondered if anyone else has tried to book these tickets.
