Barclay Card Initial with old CCJ

Hi folks,
I currently have a Capital One Classic, which I have been running for about a year, with no late payments and never "maxed out" - always pay off in full each month.
Also have mobile phone contract, no payments ever missed, and I bank with Barclays for last 6 years, they confirmed my account has always been ran perfectly when I had my account review.
However I have a CCJ registered against me, but marked as satisified. It was registered against me over 5 years ago and will drop off in November.
The Barclaycard initial page says that you shouldnt apply if you have had a CCJ in last five years.
Do i stand a chance of being successful if I apply - or should I wait until CCJ drops off.
Thanks.

Have you checked your credit file(s) lately to see what is lurking there? Perhaps there is some other adverse information that shouldn't be there / you'd forgotten about?Cashback Earned ¦ Nectar Points £68 ¦ Natoinwide Select £62 ¦ Aqua Reward £100 ¦ Amex Platinum £48

I check my credit files with both Experian and Equifax once a month, and they are both identical, with everything present which should be. I guess its the luck of the draw. NO worries though, will just bide my time :cool:0 -
Flybe or one of the other Sygma cards?
..I've just been accepted for a Flybe and have a lot worse/more recent on my files than yourself.
