JSA - stage 1 or back to stage 3?

Hello,
Nearly six months ago I was at stage four JSA, thankfully I got full time employment and signed off.
When I went into work on Monday morning I was told I was no longer required due to having a 3rd (genuine) sick day in my 6 month probation period. I think they can do this as they gave me 6 month probation?
Also, can someone tell me if I sign back on after nearly 6 months working will I be put back to stage 3 JSA with a provider or will I start a fresh on stage 1?
Thanks for any advice.

Hi there,
Going by my recent experience with claiming JSA they will put you back to stage 1.

Not sure what stage you'll be put on but be aware that you could be sanctioned for losing your job in the first place. If the jobcentre aren't convinced of your sick days (i.e. think that you phoned in sick 3 times in less than 6 months in an attempt to get sacked so you can claim benefits) then you can lose your JSA for up to 26 weeks.0

Thanks for the reply.
That is not something I would do, I really did enjoy my job and would rather still be working than going back to JSA.0 -
As a ex jobcentre plus adviser I can tell you will go back to stage 1. Although a sanction is a possibility I cannot see one applying as you had three genuine days off sick, no one is saying or can prove it was deliberate or misconduct.
To be honest, it sounds like a douchebag company and you are probably well rid

There's a 1 month linking period at stage 3 so your new claim will commence at stage 1.0

Thanks for this but how can you be sure?
I am only 2 weeks away from being 6 months exactly....I wonder if it would be best to wait 2 weeks. I want to work hard at getting a new job now and not attend useless provider meetings.
Either way I am not looking forward to that feeling when you walk back into the Jobcentre

How can I be sure ? pretty easy as I work as an adviser at JCP.
It's no skin of my nose if you want to wait another two weeks until six months is up since your last claim however please tell me what useless provider meetings you have to attend. If you mean FND providers surely they take place at stage 40 -

Sorry, my mistake. It was FND I was on.
I just wanted to be ultra sure that if I sign back on before 6 moths I will not be fastracked to FND.0 -
I found this:
2.4. Customers who leave their flexible New Deal provider and then subsequently reclaim Jobseeker’s Allowance within a defined period (to be determined) will return to the supplier to complete the remainder of their 12 months on the flexible New Deal.
I want to know the period that is to be determined.
