^^ It just means your email address has been found on a known spam list.
Dont worry too much about it .
But for belt and braces you may want to consider changing your important passwords (online banking , email etc)

I'm somewhat confused as well - what has your post got to do with this?

Hi Wondering if anyone can help me.
I have been scammed by a forex Instagram trader and can not get him to delete my profiles (I am concerned he may come to me and say I owe debt) - as the account is in my name. Luckily, it was only a few hundred pounds. He has blocked my number and email. He is in America. I deposited the money through coinbase and then he gave me a link in which he took the money out of my account and then sent me an email saying I must put $4,000 dollars into my account otherwise I will lose all of my funds.
How can I get him to delete my account?
How can I ensure he doesn’t come back to me saying I owe debt?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated, as I am still a student and only 20:/0 -
