2 become 1 help required please

Hi everyone, i have searched the internet for help on this but cannot get answers,
me and my partner are living in different areas and are going to move in together, we are both disabled, i get middle rate care and low rate mobility dla and IS with premium and my partner gets only esa.
what would happen to our benefits when we move in together?
any help appreciated in avance,

    and that will show you what you entilted to as a couple. Your benefits may go down but you will have less outgoings as a couple

    hi and thanks for reply, i have tried that but get confused as i get income suppoort and my partner employment and support and it only gives you the option to choose 1 as a couple so dont know which to choose. Also i get the disability premium, would this be lost?

    i would assumse that either the income support would stop and you both claim ESA as a couple or your partner could claim carers allowance which would mean you can have a joint claim for income support.
    the premium would stop as you would no longer be living alone, and someone would be claiming carers for you.
