Problem switching from Santander

Anyone else having this problem?
So far I'm 2 months into moving from Santander and everything seems to be in place but has ground to a halt. They have not transferring the balance and are not communicating with me or the switching team from my new bank.
It's complicated slightly as my 'telephone pin' now no longer seems to work so I can't call them by phone. I can still sign into the Internet account and have sent them a 'secure message' of complaint but had no reply as yet.
Any suggestions how a boot can be inserted in a sensitive place to persuade them to get a move on?
Thanks

Is it just the balance? If so, just go in withdraw physical cash and despoit into your new bank. If its DDs and Standing orders, ring companies yourself, this method maybe quicker than getting Santander to do something.0

Go into branch and tell them, politely, that you want to open a formal complaint and are not leaving until you have a satisfactory response.
If you read my post (here - /!\ Long /!\) you will note that we got the branch to phone up wherever they needed to phone and went from there. Not as green as I am cabbage looking0 -
Or you could just visit your branch and ask to close the account and have a cheque/ cash for the remaining amount?
It can take about 15mins to close a current account so they might as to book you in.0 -
Thanks everyone, will follow your suggestions.
It's obvious when you think about it!Nice to save.0
