NW Mysave - moving money in

So I've setup a Nationwide Mysave online plus account , moved the money from e-savings to my Flexaccount which took 1 second yet when I go to the Mysave website it says it will take until a week tomorrow to move the money to that account! Surely this can't be right? It would be so much easier to have one website Mr Nationwide.

It is a strange decision by NW to outsource this to what looks like the same people who ran the icesave (shudder) website from Wallsend postcode NE28

Just to make it clear, whilst the internet interface is clearly run by a third party, the deposits are still held with Nationwide, so are as safe as anything else with Nationwide.
