We're in the process of getting a new bathroom fitted and needed large quantity of wall & floor tiles & flat panel electric towel radiator. We ordered tiles from Wickes on line late Sunday night and they were delivered at this morning.
All well packaged & no apparent breakages. Have always received great service from Wickes & no different this time:T. I've never used BathEmpire before & had no idea what the service & quality of their goods were like. I placed the order yesterday afternoon and it was delivered this afternoon. The radiator is fabulous quality:j & received excellant service from the company. Needed to ask a question regarding item and the young lady I spoke to was very helpful & pleasant. Would happily recommend this company to anyone looking for bathroom merchandise.:T

I agree with the comments about Wickes. We bought a bath suite and ceramic tiles but had to return them for a refund - they allow up to 6 months for returns and some of the tiles were over that time - because we had a hitch with a firm called Conservatroy Steel Bases Ltd - they wanted another £4500 to build the conservatory/bathroom and we said no. Now we have another more reputable company and we will of course go back to Wickes for our stuff - they are great on customer service, on quality of goods and competitive on price. Their Coral bath suite is now just over £200 (was just under before VAT increase) and its great quality for a budget suite - a lovely shell design - and I have not seen any other supplier who can match the price and quality as well.0
