Debit Card for 16 Year Old

Hi,
I am 16 years old and currently hold a debit card with NatWest bank using their CardPlus account. They currently offer a great service and there isn't anything I can really grumble about.
I was just wondering, is there any better debit card accounts that I can open that would give me more interest or anything better than NatWest currently offer?
