Flavoured raisins

Any ideas on how to make these? I love the graze boxes, and whenever I find an offer code I use it, but I just can't afford to buy them all the time. I would happily eat a whole box a day. I just can't work out how to replicate the flavoured raisins cheaply, though. I was thinking maybe... soak raisins in orange juice (or whatever flavour is needed), then try and dry them out again in the oven? Or would this just be a crunchy, sticky mess? Help me, please!

Oh I do hope that someone has the answer to this as I am in exactly the same position - love the Graze boxes but can't justify the expense unless there is a really good offer on and really love the variously flavoured raisins and sultanas.0

Snap - I saw cherry, lemon and something else flavoured raisins in asda - not exactly os but cheaper than graze - now if I can find dried mulberries I'm sorted!People seem not to see that their opinion of the world is also a confession of character.

I've been looking for this as well! I did find a patent to make flavoured raisins but it involved soaking them in an acid first (can't remember which one) to remove the raisin flavour then adding the flavour you require so not easy to do at home
However I'm not sure if this is the method that graze use, maybe someone should try asking them???

I wonder if a tiny bit of lemon or orange essential oil (couple of drops max) in water then chuck raisins in there would work???? Just an idea I'm afraid, no idea if this would work!Weight loss: Start weight: 80kg; Current Weight: 77kg; Target weight: 55kg0

Seriously? Flavoured raisins! I popped on out of curiousity and have discovered something I've never even noticed before.

They're really yummy, Alison! In flavours like cherry, lemon or orange! They're nice and moist too, not too chewy. Maybe you should look for the free graze box code in the free stuff board and see for yourself
I'm still shocked that no-one here has made them before. I guess we'll have to be the first to experiment! Thanks for all your ideas.0
