Can anybody help?
A few years ago we bought a 3 piece suite from Courts Furniture and included was a lifetime free repair guarentee/insurance. Courts went bust shortly afterwards. Is the guarentee/insurance still valid? Is it worth trying to pursue it, and who with?

If the insurance was with an insurance company, try contacting them.
Otherwise if you paid by cc you may be able to get some satisfaction off your cc company.0 -
We bought items from Courts around 5 years ago. The warranty was provided by HomeServe. Might be worth googling them if you have no paperwork.I am a mortgage broker.
