My online shopping from Asda didn't turn up

I am fuming.
This is only the second time I have ordered from Asda and only because someone posted an e-voucher.
It didn't turn up last night
It was meant to arrive between 7-9pm and at 9.45 the phone rang but I was in the bath.
My local supermarket left a messgae saying they were on their way but never tunred up.
I am hopping mad.
Are thry always this s**t
Subsequently I had to give my two children dinner money because I had run out of ingedients to make their packed lunch.
Called the CS and a lady who could barely speak English apologised and said she wouldn't charge me for delivery out of 'goodwill'.
The cheek, i told her I wouldn't exopect to pay a deliver charge because nothing has been delivered.
She's pledgd to investigate the matter.
Little too late, has this happened to anyone else before.
I am gobsmacked.
Third time lucky on WW I hope :j

You were offered free delivery and she promised to investigate the matter.
    What more do you want?

the shopping to turn up when it's supposed to and when it doesn't a full refund because nothing at all was delivered, not just a refund of £3.99 deliv charge.

I would ring the store direct and speak to the Home Shopping manager. Then give them a mouthful and tell them you want all fresh food replaced with todays stock and not yesterdays.

Also ask them why the could not be bothered to turn up!

Do you honestly believe this person is not going to get a full refund?
