Car insurance for imported Vehicles

I brought a car from USA last year. It is a left hand drive but passed the SVA and was given UK registration without a problem. I am insured with Tesco which seems to be the only one which insures imported vehicles.

Anybody knows any other companies or have experience in this. confused.com and AA dont so imported vehicles.

Confused.com do imported vehicles.. but thanks for scaring me cos i'm insured via them on an imported car.

After you choose the make of vehicle you get onto the 'car details' page and it's the 6th drop down on the left.. Non import / euro uk spec import / euro non uk spec import / jap import / us import
