I have wrote numerous posts on here regarding the problem we have with the anti-social behaviour of the people in the flat above me.The owner of the flat issued her tenants with a final warning,but when it happened again she refused to take any action saying we will have to get the local authorities involved and get proof.To do this means we will have to declare our position when we sell our flat as it will then become official.The Management Co say they will not do anything and are pretty useless.Do they have a duty of care to uphold the rules/regs regarding anti social behaviour as the contracts quite clearly state that any unruly/noisy behaviour that affects other residents will not be tolerated,can i force them to do something about it as this is making me very ill.
