Thats a great price! All I can presume from it is that closer to launch, other retailers will offer the console and 1 free game for 199. With games being 40 each, this would effectively make the console price 159, which is the same as Tesco are offering now on its own.

I've just read they have made a mistake and are contacting people to give refunds! I've not heard anything yet. :mad:

Can they do that though? I thought they had to sell it at the price they advertise it? :question:

Just checked with consumer direct and was advised that it's OK for them to change the price and that they can cancel and refund, on the flip side it is mis-leading and I was advised to write to their head office and let them know how disappointed I was with what happened. They are also letting trading standards know.

This sucks!!!

It did say at the bottom of the page that the 20% off excludes pre-orders, which this is. (now says Nintendo 3DS)
