Please can someone advise me??
My daughter stupidly applied for a couple of those payday loans...she continued to keep getting the loans for months until she found them taking money from her account every single day.
When we went to the bank to ask this to be stopped we found out that the only way to stop it was to pay them the entire amount owed, as my daughter had given these people access to her account.
Since then she has had money coming from her account every month and we could not discover who was taking it out, now a letter has arrived from
Payment Guard saying that her monthly payments are being increased to £33 a month...she never applied for this insurance and we don't know how to approach them...please please help!!!!
