I have always found SP very good to deal with and would use them again. The only thing I would mention is that they are keen to up your DD even if your balance is in credit .0

Have you come to this conclusion using your annual kWh consumption figs on a comp site? Using your monthly DD payments does not give accurate results.
I'd get on with it soon, as otherwise you will not get the winter bill savings by the time the switch takes place. No free lunch, and no free laptop0 -
Been with them for 3-4 years. Never had a problem and just renewed with them. Decent prices and decent service (in my experience). Only negative I found was the customer service line very busy and long waits - called at 8.03am and got straight through.0

I've had issues with them in the past ... but I've gone with them again!
Calls to their CS didn't help, but to be fair, once I raised a formal written complaint, they did actually get around to resolving the root cause."Now to trolling as a concept. .... Personally, I've always found it a little sad that people choose to spend such a large proportion of their lives in this way but they do, and we have to deal with it." - MSE Forum Manager 6th July 20100 -
I was with SP for around 2 years with no problems. Recent switch was for purely financial reasons.0

My advice would be to get what you can in cashback via Quidco or U Switch and move as often as they allow. Non of the companies appreciate loyalty.0
