Hi everyone
I cant get connected to internet on my pc. Wifi is fine for iphones & ps3 is still able to connect.
When the pc is first turned on its says
Could not load or run c:\users\csrss.exe specified in the registry. Make sure the file exists on your computer or remove reference to it.
Then when u try to go on internet it says the page cannot be displayed then error 101 connection reset
I use sky for my broadband, its a dell pc approx 1yr old and my internet security is the latest trend micro
Any advice appreciated - please be patient im a bit of a techno-phobe :-)

I'd recommend that you follow the malware removal instructions in the malware sticky thread at the top of this forum section.
csrss.exe is the filename for a genuine Windows process that runs at startup, but it should be in the location C:\Windows\System32. If it's running (or trying to be run) from a different location, as in your case, then malware is the likely cause.0
