:mad: Just bought a phone off Great universal for £115, its getting delivered on thursday.

I got a mag through the door today for Great universal Essentials and the same phone is there for £99 :mad:

Is there anything i can do ?

did you order the phone online in which case you order is covered by Direct Selling Regulations and you can cancel I believe.

Alternatively, try ringing and asking if they wil price match for good will.

Unfortunately, seeign the goods cheaper elsewhere does not give a legitimate reason for refund or reduction unless they have offered you a rpice match or best price promise

Thats the thing though, its cheaper on their other site. I bought from "Great universal" and its cheaper in "Great Universal Essentials". :mad: Im not sure what the difference is in the two sites.

Cancel the order and buy it from the other site.

If you log int your account you should be able to amend your order. Or just phone them up and say you dont want it anymore.

There was a £20 off code for great universal floating round as well.

Asked them to price match and they said they will get back to me thanks guys and girls :P

Cant belive they can have same product in their other section for £16 cheaper :eek:

catalogues often produce flyers and different leaflets with same items, different item numbers and different prices!

great universal ess, is a diffrent cat, you pay intrest if you don't clear the balance each month in full. where as with great un, you get 20/40 weeks intrest free. similar to Littlewoods and LX direxct

they are different catalogues though, thats why the prices are different, they wont price match it i assure of that.
you can buy things over different terms in Great universal where as essentials you cant. you also earn cashback on one and not on the other.
if you wanted the item at the other prize, you would have to apply for the catalogue.
