ppi miss sold

please help,i got a letter from my credit card company,saying that they may have miss sold the ins policy,it was back in 2008.i phoned them as they asked,answered their questions but still dont know how much they owe me, as i do not have any documents if i needed to check.

@Are you sure that the letter is from your credit company, it sounds a bit suss

Are you sure its not from another company saying that they can get your ppi back for you.

Did you give them any bank details.

Well done :T:T and all you had to make was a phone call :money:
They will calculate the ppi that you have paid from 08 and you will get this back. Have you no statements from last year for the amount of ppi you were paying? this will give you a rough idea.
