    The oil price will fall off again in May/June, possibly even earlier.

    Oil prices are down another 6-7% today from their recent peaks, with Brent at around US$ 107.00 after the release of oil from emergency strategic stocks, mainly by the U.S., but also by Japan, Germany, France, Spain & Italy.

    Oil prices are down another 6-7% today from their recent peak, with Brent at around US$ 107.00 after the release of oil from emergency strategic stocks, mainly by the U.S., but also by Japan, Germany, France, Spain & Italy.

    The IEA is releasing 60 million barrels - the world will have used 60 million barrels by midnight! The 30 million barrels that the US will release will have gone by 8 pm....

    That may well be, but it's still the largest such release from strategic stocks for around 20 years and politically motivated, hence the fall in price.
