help me hsbc gave my account details to somone now i keep getting my money stolen....

and the best bit is its not there fault but mine.
bacicaly my OH and i are getting married and moving in together. before the move we set up a joint account on the call they said u live at 7 made up place and i said no not for years i live at 82 diffrent house the one u have sent my statment to for the past 3 years. they said oh we had that as c/o only but ok it wll be fine. i got cut off coz the mobile went called back and the 2nd person said 'oh dear no your cards are going to made up place its ok i can stop that ill send them to OH house' so a few days later his cards and checkbook arive but not mine so he calls, and is told 'ops we sent them to 7made up place we will cancel the card and send a new one to a branch for u to pick up'
im not happy coz my personal info has been sent to a place i did not want to go to but maybe thats not as bad as i think. they let someone who is not me pick it up from branch even tho there ment to check passport numbers ect. and again fruad on the account. we hadnt put in any money yet due to not being fully moved in to new place. had to cancel that card and reorder a 3rd card this one i did get and i took my passport and it was not checked.
2 weeks later (today) all moved in and paying off old gas electric ppl ect tryed to log on to my internet banking (are pc is not wifi and has norton and the reomended dowload from hsbc.com and i have never told any one ever what my online code is) your account is locked again due to fruad.
someone got in to my online banking and took money from all my accounts not just my joint. called hsbc after fighting with 2 advisers who wouldnt pass the call to the fruad team as it was under invetgation i got to a helpful guy who explaned that he would put the money back and that hes sorry but did i give my code out ect. go to branch to reset everything and call should of gone to him as there is a big flashing pop up box when i give my account number saying pass to fraud.
later the same day i get my letter about my complaint that i put in about going to wrong address ect and says sorry but nothing we will do at this point till we see ur accounts been hacked.
well it had so i called the number direct line any way the girl who deals with my accounts was busy she wil call me back. and she did to tell me that the 2 fraud things (eg card payments and transfers) are diffrent and there is nothin they can do. the person who took my card in the 1st place also cloned it so they couldnt stop the transactions (but we had no money it the account so not t big of a deal at that point).
my account has been hacked online by someone new ,i do not belive this. but eather way bottom line is they wont change my account numbers or note my credit file explining i do not live at 7 made up place , so it could just keep happing and i could lose my job as i cant have a bad credit score. (work will not understand i have seen them understand a lot less)
im at at my wits end i dont know what to do. i know ppl have lots of reasons why this would suck but im also trying to pay for are wedding and cant due to my account keep being frozen. and im worried my identay will be used to take out loans and mobile phones. is there anything i can do? is there really no way someone can transfer money without my code and couldnt fraud ppl just find out when they have all my deatails? so stressed

Having a different account number won't matter. You give out your account number everytime you use a cheque or ask someone to pay money into your account.
You're online banking has been comprimised and I doubt it's HSBCs fault, most likely is your computer has been infected.
If the accounts are blocked, have you thought about opening an account elsewhere? Change where your salaries get paid into, change DDs. You can open an account very quickly nowadays.
Then once this has been sorted you can go back to HSBC and find out what has gone wrong.
You should also request or print out in branch, your statements so you can go through it and find out what you have spent and what you haven't.0 -

I am really sorry to hear all this has happened. Have you been to the police? I don't know if they can help or not - but it sounds to me that you need to get something done about all this. I have a major (minor compared to yours) complaint with Santander at the moment, and the only way we seemed to get anywhere was by refusing to leave the branch until we got some sort of satisfaction.
I somehow doubt this will be cleared up overnight - but I hope for your sake it gets resolved quickly. it might also be worth involving the FOS, considering the lack of security checks in place at your local branch.
