Blue Badge Abuse-Daily Mail article

  • There is a thread on this :)

    Blue Badge
  • I hope the new design badge is the same both sides to stop councils doing BBowners if the leave it round the wrong way.

Thanks CB & apologies for the duplication
I didn't spot the thread on another forum. :o

Nonetheless, hopefully, with the link to the article, it may be of benefit here as well as the posters there do not seem to be regulars on this one & probably vice versa.

And look who's stuck her beak in....

Now we know what she looks like. Nice to see her connections within the PPC world have netted her a shiny Beamer.

Many BB 'holders' with an out of date badge badge put it the wrong side up to hide the expiry date.

Then a BB with all the info and photo on one side - or even the same on both sides - will solve the problem. Really hope this is part of the changes, much fairer to disabled people. In fact you could even argue it would be a 'reasonable adjustment' under the Equality Act...

I just posted over on the other board hoping to get some new posters on this board to learn about the realities of 'alleged bay abuse' on private land.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

The photo is supposed to be down when on display.........Human Rights, privacy and all that cr4p.......which means wardens can't see if the driver/passenger is actually the badge holder or not....excellent for abuse of the system.

Are you sure? Because council drones will always ticket if badge is not facing up.

    Edit:- oops is right.
