Holiday car hire - miami toll fines

Does anyone know how I can query toll fines billed to me by Dollar??
We have flown to miami and rented a car a few times without incident. The toll booths are huge and i dont see how i could have missed 4??

Dollar have billed me $102 for paying tolls totalling.... $2!!!

I know its in their booking contract to add a "sorting it out fee" but it seems extortionate!
First i would like to find out where these violations occurred and how... cant see how it happened?? Then try and see see how Dollar cna charge so much to pay them??
I have emailed the broker but his latest answer detailing the violations took 3 weeks to come back!

Can i call the states with the violation numbers and get information??

So how does this toll by number plate work exactly? My OH are I are going to Florida in May and will be doing quite a lot of driving around.

I would love to tell them to shove it but they debited by c/card!

Looks like you could be right - fined for being on the SR874 on 15th and 22nd October!!!

Nobody mentioned it at Dollar at all....... Not a word. I bet loads of holidaymakers are getting fleeced!!!!! Stinks IMO.... easy cash cow!
