To qualify, there are some knowledgeable posters who doubt it can be paid (Quentin especially) but can’t come up with any logical or legal reason why, apart from “they’ve never paid it”
All I can do is report my own experience and repeat “why should I be out of pocket due to the negligence of a third party? They paid for the headlight, they paid for my loss of earning dropping the car off and collecting it, why wouldn’t they pay for the NF loading?”0
