Primus Home phone - taken money from my account

Hi

I checked my bank account this morning and found I was over my agreed overdraft limit, which means I will be charged £5 a day. The reason I have gone over the limit is because Primus Home Phone have charged me £90 and taken it by Direct Debit. I cancelled my account with them recently and they were due to take the final payment of £15. When I phoned the guy on the line laughed in initially (presumably at the ridiculousness of the mistake) and then said he can reinstate the payment as it is a mistake, but he cannot guarantee it within the next few days. I am going to my branch to fill out an indemnity form to get the money back and avoid more overdraft charges, but can I reclaim the £5 a day back (ie for one day - today)? Or if I waited for their indefinite time scale to reinstate the money rather than go to my branch, could I charge them the £5 a day? I'm so annoyed. No apology.. no offer to remediate the problem quickly.. glad I'm with Virgin now and I hope they are much better..
