I have got to clean engineered oak floors which are new and are oiled. What product do I use?

What do the manufacturer recommend? Alternatively Google does come up with a lot of info in it, so despite the sarcasm it kind of answered the question you actually asked
We have Karndean in places (not the same I know) and they have their own cleaning products
A damp (not wet) mop would be fine I would have thought for general cleaning/dusting and specialist stuff for the more intense clean
We have also got a rechargeable floor cleaner (google G Tech or look on Amazon ) - they work really well on any hard floors0 -

I am going to use a damp mop on mine followed by a bit of Mr Sheen.
Never done it before but I can't see anything going wrong unless the mop is too wet.Not Again0
