Peugeot 306 turbo diesel - lower engine mount bushing?

Looking for a bit of advice please.

I bought a Peugeot 306 turbo diesel, "R" plate, middle of last year. Fine in most regards, but it had an annoying rattle when taking of from low speed, especially in 1st, less so in 2nd, and I can make it happen in 3rd if I boot it.

I've been searching for loose exhaust bits, and found nothing. A friend suggested the lower engine mount bushing... I'm not really sure if that would create symptoms like this.

Can the hive mind point me in the right direction? I made a video below with a dash-cam... The bit that picks up the sound best is 6:15 onwards, so skip there (lots of stopping / starting at low speed)

If it is a lower engine mount bushing, how big a deal is it to replace? Worth it? Dangerous if left? I've put up with it so far but have some time and money to get it sorted if required.

get a friend to stand at the side of the car looking at the engine while you put it in 1st with handbrake on and let the clutch up slowly and then push it back in. they should be able to hear the noise you are on about and see if the engine is moving excessivly. a new engine mount wont be expensive and not to bad to change.
