I bought some DMs for them just over a year ago and recently found that the sole had split. Despite the age, and despite me expecting a fobbing-off and a struggle, they quickly confirmed that they would replace the boots and I'm now the owner of a shiny new pair.
It's nice to get a good result occasionally, so thanks Shoes International. :T

Update - the replacement boots failed after less than 2 months with exactly the same problem, so don't ever waste your money on Dr Martens Ryan Paratrooper boots.
The good news is that the retailer has now refunded me the full value of the boots plus return postage. Good on them.0
