Wish me luck...

Hiya

Bit of self indulgence as I have just put an offer in on a flat and it's been accepted :j

The 'wish me luck' request is because this is the third property I have tried to buy in a year and I have so far spend £4K on solicitor's fees and searches all for them to fall through. I think I'm a very unlucky first time buyer.

Anyway, wanted to pass on the good luck vibes to anyone else :D

Third time lucky, keeping my fingers crossed.
