Next door neighbours fence is unsafe.

Hi
The fence between our back garden and our neighbours is leaning over outside. The concrete post about 8 ft high is leaning towards our garden. The original wall can be seen, however you can also see they have placed the concrete posts on there side of the wall instead of the middle of it ( unlike the front garden wall where they have used our side of the old post, but I won't go into that)
The reason it seems that this fence is up, only two panels as the rest is a bush is it block their conservatory. We have not approached the neighbours about this yet but we are concerned that our two young children may be a risk of serious injury if the post is in fact unsafe
Any advice welcome, we obviously don't want or plan to fall out with the neighbours as we have not even moved in yet
Thanks

Give it a tug to see if it will come down. Just because it is leaning, it does not necessarily mean that it is unsafe. A good tug, when no one is watching will help confirm the status of the fence.I can afford anything that I want.
Just so long as I don't want much.0
