• The holiday prize must be booked by 30 Apr'11 and taken by 15 Dec'11, subject to availability.
• The holiday is based on 7 nights on a room only basis at a Universal Resort hotel for 2 adults and 2 children (0-11yrs). Flights include return economy class seats on Virgin Atlantic Airways (VAA) inclusive of taxes and fuel surcharge from London Gatwick or Manchester. Airport transfers in Orlando only. Unlimited access to Universal Studios®Florida and Universal's Islands of Adventure® for the duration of the prize stay.
• Only one entry per person is allowed and you have to be a customer of the Virgin Media to enter the prize draw.
• Virgin Media Staff members are not allowed to enter the promotion
• The prize is non transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative holiday or combined with any other offer, promotions or discount
• Travel insurance is not included and must be purchased before travel. Customers are responsible for making sure they are adequately insured
