Warning! Banks raise charges on current accounts!
Wow, Martin. Quelle surprise! That was really unexpected, wasn't it? A bolt from the blue.
I'll bet you're totally thunderstruck and unable remotely to guess why they might be doing such a terrible thing.
Along with hundreds of thousands of other people who manage their financial affairs competently, I am henceforth going to be subsidising the fortunes of brinkmanship budgeter chancers.
I'm sure the latter will be toasting your magnificent, do-goodery efforts on their behalf... the bill for the bubbly being on me, of course.
Bravo.
Bravo.
Your a bit sarcastic aren't you?
I think its about time you took off your blinkers and realised what is going on with this industry.
If the price of having a bank accounts has increased then so be it. If I have said it once I have said it a thousand times its about time that the playing field was levelled so that its not the minority that are being highly ripped off on a daily basis by banks profitting from penalties and unreasonable disproportionate charges.
You seem to think that everyone who has a charge and thinks its unfair is irresponsible and that you are whiter than white. Get over yourself and get real you must be able to see what happening here or are you really that stupid?????

Or, most likely, both.
IvanI don't care about your first world problems; I have enough of my own!0 -

So if everyone suddenly avoided these charges - as you preach they should - do you seriously think it wouldn't result in unavoidable mandatory charges?

Have, cake, eat.
It would certainly reduce them.0 -
I'm not with you Tozer, reduce what?0

Reduce the level of mandatory charges (to be paid by all) if the charges for 'unauthorised' transactions are reduced.0

I repeat: So if everyone suddenly avoided these charges - as you preach they should - do you seriously think it wouldn't result in unavoidable mandatory charges?0
