Just done my grocery shop online.

Ds2 (has autism) has helped sort airing cupboard with me for 1st time. He was a great help. It gave me time to sort a few too small clothes from his & DS1 wardrobes.

Kids all back from clubs, supper done and there heading to bed. Came home to MIL looking after Rhys, hubby away with a mate to the bb shop.

No flying will be done tonight, just gonna head to be early.

My thoughts are with Diva tomorrow. xx
Sometimes it seems that the going is just too rough.
And things go wrong no matter what I do.
Now and then it seems that life is just too much.
But you've got the love I need to see me through.

good point :) I remember a fireman once telling me that electrical appliances are responsible for quite a lot of fires, followed by unattended candles.
Really glad someone mentioned the fire risk: my tumble drier went up in flames just before xmas and if I hadn't of been in the kitchen, we would have lost the kitchen and smoke damaged the whole house. I have since learnt that fire prevention officers always recommend you do not go to bed, or leave the house with the WM/TD/DW on and I know I now never will.

emptied and re-filled the dishwasher and vacuumed the stairs - er... that's about it. bad day, but have had an epiphany. .
Wow, ubamother- it was very moving reading about your epiphany:T. I hope you have a really fun evening and go on to find others ways to have tasters of what you really want in life and find other new ways of doing things.

  • Hi
    This is Ian, Divas OH.
I just want to say thank you to everyone who has left messages and lit candles. I have really taken strength from the fact that she was loved by so many people here. Just reading the threads have been a great comfort.
I would like to add a recipe page to the website so if you have got copies, Id love to see them!
I will be thinking of you all tomorrow, thinking of me and you all wearing purple tomorrow.
After her service we will be meeting at the local pub for a celebration of her life. A laugh, a cry, a drink, a sausage roll or two and some karaoke.
    Love and best wishes
    Ian
