hate it when he is back as my booze has to go out of the fridge to be replaced by food :rotfl:yes im one of those people that has more booze in the fridge than food, but in my defence most of it has been there since OH went away so ive not been able to drink any of it:A

Poohbear - massive hugs coming from my direction to you xx
    Sammiel - fantastic news...congratulations.

I'm feeling a bit better today. Managed to walk up our street and back which was lovely as the sun is out. About to go back to bed now though :rotfl:.

A huge thank you for everyone's advice about DH working away - you really are a lovely lot. Dh went to see his boss about it this morning as the abroad job is with a different company and would start in two weeks:eek: His boss has said that if he finishes the job he's on (2 years) then they'll give him a sabatical for a year so he can do the job abroad and then walk back into his staff job. We're thinking this may be the way foward as it will give us two years to 'prepare' for him going away, it means he won't burn bridges with his present company that he's been with for 10 years and the job in Kuwait is ongoing (as long as there's no trouble over there). He's still away with the job he's on at the moment but just Monday to Friday. That's today's thoughts....it could all change again by tomorrow lol. Thanks again to everyone.

    Flying....I made the bed....how amazing am I!

    Hugs to all xx

    Hi everyone;

Well here we are again, halfway through the week. I've just been and relit one of Diva's candles.

Looks like I have a relatively easy day Flying-wise today, particularly as I've promised myself not to try and tackle alone the jobs I really need to have Mr LW's help with.;):o

Is it bathroom day tomorrow? I might just go and scrub in there later if I feel well enough, to get ahead.;)

Mr LW is on Early shift working from home tomorrow, and I'll have lasagne to make for our main meal which will be eaten at lunchtime, then we have to go into town in the afternoon, so not much chance for Flying.

Poohbear (((HUGS))) what a rotten time you and your seem to be having lately.

Sammiell congratulations to your SiL; I guess you can't wait to be an Auntie now.:T

Ooh, well done Jojo; we have tickets for Blithe Spirit at MK Theatre tomorrow night, but we got them the boring way – by buying them! :DStill, Mr LW gets in free, as my carer, so reasonably MSE.:money:

Shellysue wow, turtle eggs! I have dealt with hatchling snakes before, but never turtles. Would it be possible to see a piccie when the little guy arrives?:o

Maybemischief oh, poor Mr Rabbit! Best thing in the long run though; you don't want to be inundated in baby bunnies.;)

to make matters worse I have 3 broken nails.. how can that be when I have done next to sweet FA.
Could be because you're a tad run down at the mo? I say this on the basis that my nails go 'orribly brittle when I'm flaring.
    fed and watered the cat.
I'm a bad Wolf.... I have a mental picture of you standing over the cat with a watering can in your hand...:rotfl:

OK, I'm going to try and eat a Quorn sandwich and see about my email, then go and do what needs to be done in the bedroom.
If your dog thinks you're the best, don't seek a second opinion.;)

Master bedroom cleaned. It took 3 hours... My carp job list this week said I must empty out under the bed. Need to look into selling some of my redundant camera equipment. Don't know whether I can be bothered with ebay, might just get it done quick at a secondhand shop. Will consult DH (that means leave it on the floor so he falls over it and asks why its out!).

On a bright note I had my mothers day card and present early from my DD (5years old) yesterday. She has made me some certificates for being good at cleaning, beaded me a necklace (strictly for in the house) and made a sling for my arm for whenever I want to play doctors!

So list wise I only have the oven and the ironing to do.:o

    Hugs and spoons for All.
