Been to shop (further than the post office yesterday). One load of washing done and now in TD as it's damp and miserable outside. Just need to get breakfast made and eaten before my 9am client call.

Also need to try to get hold of someone so I can book a leg wax, and rearrange sports massage and gym appointments.

Not really looking forward to seeing ex tonight :(

Have decided this week is shaping up to be a level two rather than level three feeling week. Yesterday my father turned up and we wasted a beautiful afternoon and today, here alone its a foul weather day. I NEED to do washing, I don't want the washing to build up to mountains again and trying to do no more than three washes a day for the benefit of the new septic tank, but wind is coming in a funny direction to where the airer is usually safe from the weather.

Finally, a grumble. My head is hurting A LOT atm, today I have a bad back, a bad knee and a bad head. These are all minor today and aches and pains I'm used too....but the headache really does sap strength and energy.

I'm looking forward to having a sparkly sitting room. :)
