Very little household flying achieved, too much on work wise and too many appointments, plus a wee poorly ds2, so only got the dailies done really. I'll catch up tomorrow... looking for Oven Mate but can't find any locally so far. (so obviously aint done the oven!)
Really tired, (I think it's the gloomy weather) so I'm having the evening off once I've finished making tea.
    Happy Birthday Dusty!!

We came home, and went straight out again for dinner to celebrate the rare event of DH being home in daylight. Unfortunately we left a chicken in the kitchen by accident. The scene on our return was painful, but at least the dogs hadnt scared it to death. Tonight I will be scrubbing chicken plop off the breadbin (really).

    Happy birthday Dusty

Shysarah Really glad to hear you had a good weekend. Know the feeling about BD when you have to go home - I haven't got a weekend with DH for months. He's also away with courses etc. What does your OH do to take him away so often?

We don't live together. We have only been together since beginning of dec and he lives in Manchester and I in Lincolnshire. Seems so far away when all you want is a cuddle. We have msn everyday and texts and calls. And also cameras on msn but its that being able to reach out when you need a hug or he does that is hardest to deal with tbh.

Anyway, second load of washing is beeping so it is time to change that over. Can't see a lot more getting done tonight.

    Oh well xx

OH and I have been really silly,(no, more than usual).

We have made our DD(age 20) have a Tena lady moment...

We were singing ' I do believe in furries, I do, I do' :o

Whilst lying on the floor in the kitchen with 1 kitten (they're 11 mths and weigh 5 kgs each), sat in the middle of our backs.
The old female cat (14yrs) was watching and I'm sure trying not to laugh.

We then decluttered some tea and cake...
