Could anyone advise if you are able to claim for PPI sold on a Mortgage if you feel it has been mis-sold.
Thanks in advance

You can complain about any financial product that you think has been mis-sold. Obviously, the complaint reasons will vary with different product types. Many MPPIs for example dont have the same reasons that a credit card or loan PPI would have for mis-sale but could other things. There are less complaints about MPPI because the majority of people do have a financial need, many don't interfere with work sickness benefits and most are sold under an advice process with a demands and needs/analysis being done and a qualified adviser involved (unlike loan/credit cards were a normal individual/clerk tends to do them).
Why do you think you were mis-soldI am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). The comments I make are just my opinion and are for discussion purposes only. They are not financial advice and you should not treat them as such. If you feel an area discussed may be relevant to you, then please seek advice from an Independent Financial Adviser local to you.0
