confused! am i missing something?

i purchased on 1st feb, i had emailed seller before as she had a few things i was interested in and asked about combined postage, she said if i won more than 1 item she would do this

i did bid and win something else on the 6th, on the 9th i sent her a quick email asking about the combined postage, i explained that as the auctions were a few days apart it was ok if it had sliped her mind just wanted to know if they were being sent together as the 1st item had not arived, no reply.

on the 10th the 2nd package turns up alone, so i presume they been sent seperate, only the first package is still amiss

i called the sorting office, no other parcells there so i email again i do not mind paying two lots of postage as i really wanted both items anyway, i asked if she had forgot to post maybe she put it to one side waiting for the other auction to finish an it just slipped her mind, i still had no reply

on the 12th i opened a dispute as they had been active on the account, this morning they leave me feed back on the two items, one i still have not recieved,i had left feed back on the one i recieved as it was a fast service and perfectly discribed

so i know they recieved communication ok before i won anything so no problems there, why would she now just ignore me and leave feed back after a dispute had been opened and not reply to it

am i missing something
