problem with sky surrond sound

Hi, Help would be most grateful.My sky surround sound is always out of sync when viewing any sky programs.Terrestrial is ok.Is it signal delay? it,s an old Panasonic system, 8 years old, approx.

Hi, Thanks, not op, tried settings, no good, told by shop to try box settings, dolby/normal, still no success.

What type of box are you using? Standard? Plus? HD?

Do you use anything other than the box? ie surround sound receiver?

Do you use scart? component? HDMI?

Have you changed the lead? Have you ensured that the cable in inserted fully?

Hi,Steve,using plus,dvd receiver, using jack sockets/components.Changed leads to £40 ones, andsecurely plugged in.
