i counted mine just because im a new ebayer and it takes 21 days for my payments to be released by paypal unless i get positive feedback so it will be a while b4 the postage cancels out! but thanks, well done on your NSD's! :)

I don't normally count my eBay postage either, but as I'm counting off against eBay earnings I thought I'd show my working out!

So I was £51.61 in the yellow earlier this week and since then . . .

£20 on dinner out last night (friends to stay)
£6 today on pub lunch - broke the cardinal MSE rule and didn't take a packed lunch!

So I can declare a yellow week (first ever! :j) at £25.61! Although I should note that had it not been for the eBay sales, I would be seriously red!

Can I pledge £25 for next week please pointy!

    Have a good weekend y'all!

  • Final total of £11.30 for me! Which is just my bus pass :) But more amazing is that my DH only spent £10 of his £30 too. My target for next week will be £30 again. DH is home for the week. So I can foresee more spending than usual.

    Have a great weekend

Forgot about a collection at work for a colleague who"s wife has just had a baby. £2 went in that, so a green £11.72 for the week.

Half term this week, and 5 kids to keep occupied. I think I'll be lucky to get any change out of £100, so I'll declare that as my budget, and try to cut down elsewhere - I won't need their bus passes for a start, and can try to cut down on my grocery bill.

Declaring GREEN this week with £16.66 out of £30.

Nice to be back in green after 2 weeks in RED. My year to date though still shows a RED at £28.38 balance. (Sad I know but it does help me to stick to it more than a few weeks as we know looking back at last year for instance).
Thanks Pointy for keeping this going. I'll be back next week with £30.

    Hi all

    I'm declaring green this week.

    • 4.20 parking;
    • 7.50 Sainsburys
    • 11.20 tesco
    • 9 lidl (bf's shopping but may never see money :))
    • 3.60 swimming pool + 2.90 goggles.
    • 1.50 book

I've started a new job so my grocery planning went out the window and then I ended popping into shops to buy 1 or 2 bits and ended up with a lot more. :o

Lets try 35 quid next week please and will write out a weeks menus and try to buy groceries in one lot.

  • Good morning everyone!

Checking in to report that I was green last week with a spend of £124.85 out of my pledged £155! Woo hoo!

I've still got a few bits to sort out, which I didn't do last week, so it'll be a fairly large pledge again this week - I'll pledge a total of ... £95 - thank you Pointy! You're a star!

Well done everyone for last week, and good luck for this week!
