  • At the end of the day you cannot fight your friends battles for him. He is an adult and you have provided him with the information that he is being royally shafted re his holidays. If he chooses not to act on that info in exchange for a quite life, that's up to him.

    I know that you care for him as you posted here and that as you said most of us would not take this from an employer, but part of caring is letting people fight their own battles and make their own decisions as to whether to challenge their boss or not.

    Ultimately......You have given him the facts, it's up to him to make the choice.
    If freedom is outlawed, only outlaws will have freedom.

    That is fair enough mate. Its just annoying that when speaking to my mate he looks upto these people despite them shafting him as much as possible.
