  • Why are you going for NMW? Aim higher. Go for a job that exeeds, or at the very least meets, your current salary, and is closer to home.
    The only thing we know for sure, is that we know nothing
  • Is is possible to do training, preferably free or self taught to do what you want to do? I have taken pay cuts to get positions that would help me in the long run. But as I knew I would not stay with the company, I studied my !!! off the get the qualifications I needed for a better job.

    The result was I left a job I was unhappy with and got a substantial pay rise for a job I was now qualified to do.

    I llok back and my ex co workers who are still unhappy in the job and still try to encourage them to do what I did, they could probably do it in less time than me as I am not the brightest bulb in the box, but they seem content in !!!!!ing about their current predicament :think:
