Rechargeable Lights

Have googled but not sure if I am looking for the right thing!
My parents are looking for a light to leave on outside their holiday static which they can turn on when going out for the evening. They are both quite elderly and the route back to their place is quite dark leading up to the van.
They want to avoid having to fix an electric powered light as it would mean quite alot of work to get it to a mains plug in the van - although this isnt impossible they are looking for a cheaper and easier option first.
I see plenty of work lights that can be recharged but they arent exactly pretty! Does anyone have a better solution? The light would probably be left on for a maximum of 4 hours and would need to be fairly bright.
Many thanks.

Solar powered LED PIR light?
Have been thinking about one to light up near shed at end of garden (nest to alleyway) so no direct experience of their light output but around £30 on ebay0 -

Thank you both. How easy are they to install? Again I wouldnt want to go fixing them to the side of the van as it would mean drilling into the fabric of it and this is something we are looking to avoid although there is a large deckinig area which we could affix it to.0

Instead of a light on the caravan, why not take a compact torch - you can get bright, mini LED torches for not much money and that way you can use it to light to route as well?0

Well if the interior solr shed ligh is anything to go by, their fairly light weight, did need screwing up but guess you could use an exterior grade no more nails type of stuff. As i said dont have direct experience but may go and have a lokk at one in the maplins now0

if you dont want to fix it to the van itself, then use the decking or maybe use a (ie) 3x3 or 4x2 wooden post.Get some gorm.0

I have a 50 led solar powered pir light, they are not cheap you can get cheaper versions which I doubt will light up a large area, whilst they do work I wouldn't say its as good as a normal 80watt pir bulb which I put in its place as the light wasn't as powerful for driveway
Also mine developed a fault and had to get it replaced so I am a little concerned how long they will last with the batteries they have inside. You also need a south facing direct for the panel0
