Simply drop, or, Simply Drop

Over a month ago I used the MSE mobile phone pricing tool in order to get the best price for an old mobile, Simply Drop came out highest on price.

Over a month later & 3 requests for bags, a couple of undeliverable e-mails to their provided e-mail address ?? and over a dozen messages via their feedback system and nothing, they also seem to find it very hard to confirm, via e-mail that I wish to terminate the return (even though they request your e-mail address):rotfl:, so that I can go to another company.

Has anyone else had a bad experience with Simply drop ?.

This isn't really a site feedback issue, so this thread may need moving to somewhere more appropriate.

When I used them, it was fine until I went to the post office with a code to get my funds over the counter as they had a new computer system. Everything else seemed OK though.

My understanding is that the contract to sell is not confirmed until they have the phone/PDA etc in their possession. You don't need to contact them to cancel as such.
    Best Regards
