Hi everyone,
A quick bit of advice please...
We're nearly 2 years into our IVA and are STILL receiving creditors 'reminder' type letters detailing our awful bank failings in detail. Although they don't phone us and we continue to forward them to Payplan (at our ongoing stamp costs) they still come. When I tell Payplan they keep saying 'don't worry, they'll stop eventually' - but 2 years on it's getting tiresome.
The main problem with this is, we have moved house and when our re-direction facility runs out, the next occupants will see our dirty washing and no doubt feast and spread the word.
I understand that by law, they have to send us a statement of debt which isn't technically a threat or warning but sometimes we wonder why they bother wasting the paper.
Any advice would be very welcome
Thanks as always.:o

Try either just posting them back without a stamp, or returning them, unopened with "Gone Away" across the envelope.0
