OK, was it Standard Premier Class, anyway 3250 airmiles per person, wouldn't have been a good way of spending them.

no just ordinary seats, I went the flight route in the end as it only cost 1500 for both of us

You can use nectar points as well towards payment for eurostar tickets. 500 points is worth £2.50.
