Superdry Jacket faulty..

Hi there,
I got a Superdry Jacket for Christmas and inside the pockets the seams have started to come undone quite badly...
I have proof of purchase (it was online) and I intend to return in-store and get an exchange if they have my size! However can they say anything about it being nearly 2 months old? It has been worn and there's a small transfer of colour from my jeans to the orange inside the coat but obviously the fault is with the seams in the pocket.
Is there a time limit for returns and should they accept it?
Thanks in advance,
Luke

In the first six months any fault is assumed to have been there at the time of sale. It is for the retailer to prove otherwise.0 -
Ah thanks for your help

I believe SuperGroup (who own SuperDry) try to make a real point of customer satisfaction too, so hopefully a nice easy sortout for you!0
